Often times form templates and documents are long and complex to complete. Although you can save Documents and Form Templates in WorkClout, they were technically still accessible my users despite not being complete.
We launched Drafts for Form Templates and Documents to allow authors or creators of different documents to control when they get released to the user base.
This minimizes confusion and allows for consistent control over documentation creation.
