Document Author Permissions

Employees with Document Author role permissions have restricted permissions to WorkClout. Below are the restricted permissions enabled by default on WorkClout the Document Author Roles.

Inspection

  • Ability to only complete their inspection

Issues

  • Can not access issues

Actions

  • Ability to assign actions from their inspections

  • Ability to complete their assigned actions

Assets

  • Can not access assets

Documents

  • Can create documents

  • Ability to edit documents - approval required

  • Ability to delete documents - approval required

Skills

  • Can not access skills

Employee Directory

  • Ability to edit and manage their own profile information

  • Can not add new employees

  • Can not edit existing employee's information

  • Can not remove an existing employee

Form Templates

  • Can not access form templates

Device Sharing Mode

  • Can not enable and disable sharing mode for any device with the WorkClout app.
