Admin Role Permissions

Employees with Admin role permissions have heightened access to the organization's WorkClout. Below are the additional admin permissions enabled by default on WorkClout.

Inspection

  • Ability to fill out any inspection

  • Ability to change the status of any inspection

  • Ability to edit any inspection

  • Ability to delete any inspection

Issues

  • Ability to edit any issue

  • Ability to close or re-open any issue

  • Ability to delete any issue

Actions

  • Ability to edit any action

  • Ability to close or re-open any action

  • Ability to delete any action

Assets

  • Ability to create assets

  • Ability to edit and manage any asset

  • Ability to delete any asset

Documents

  • Ability to create documents

  • Ability to edit and manage any document

  • Ability to delete any document

Skills

  • Ability to create skills

  • Ability to edit and manage any skill

  • Ability to delete any skill

Employee Directory

  • Ability to add new employees

  • Ability to edit existing employee's information

  • Ability to remove an existing employee

Form Templates

  • Ability to access form templates

  • Ability to create new form templates

  • Ability to manage and edit form templates

  • Ability to delete form templates

Device Sharing Mode

  • Ability to enable and disable sharing mode for any device with the WorkClout app
