Limited User Permissions

Employees with Limited User role permissions have restricted access to the organization's WorkClout. Below are the restricted permissions enabled by default on WorkClout for the Limited User role.

Inspection

  • Ability to only view and fill out the inspections assigned to them

  • Ability to only change the status of the inspections assigned to them

  • Can not edit inspections

  • Can not delete inspections

Issues

  • Can not edit issues

  • Can not close or re-open issues

  • Can not delete issues

Actions

  • Ability to only close or re-open actions assigned to them

  • Can not edit actions

  • Can not delete actions

Assets

  • Can not create assets

  • Can not edit and manage assets

  • Can not delete assets

Documents

  • View-only access to documents

  • Can not create documents

  • Can not edit documents

Skills

  • Can not create skills

  • Can not edit and manage skills

  • Can not delete skills

Employee Directory

  • Can not add new employees

  • Can not edit existing employee's information

  • Can not remove an existing employee

Form Templates

  • Can not access form templates

Device Sharing Mode

  • Can not enable and disable sharing mode for devices with the WorkClout app
