User Role Permissions

Employees with User role permissions have restricted permissions to WorkClout. Below are the restricted permissions enabled by default on WorkClout User Roles.

Inspection

  • Ability to only fill out their inspection

  • Ability to only change the status of their inspection

  • Ability to only edit their inspection

  • Ability to only delete their inspection

Issues

  • Ability to only edit their issue

  • Ability to only close or re-open their issue

  • Ability to only delete their issue

Actions

  • Ability to only edit their assigned actions

  • Ability to only close or re-open their assigned actions

  • Ability to only delete their assigned actions

Assets

  • Can not create assets

  • Can not edit and manage any asset

  • Can not delete any asset

Documents

  • Can not create documents

  • Ability to edit documents - approval required

  • Ability to delete documents - approval required

Skills

  • Can not create skills

  • Can not edit and manage any skill

  • Can not delete any skill

Employee Directory

  • Ability to edit and manage their own profile information

  • Can not add new employees

  • Can not edit existing employee's information

  • Can not remove an existing employee

Form Templates

  • Can not access form templates

  • Can not create new form templates

  • Can not manage and edit form templates

  • Can not delete form templates

Device Sharing Mode

  • Can not enable and disable sharing mode for any device with the WorkClout app.
