Custom Table
The custom table is one of our most powerful form fields that gives you the flexibility to create a spreadsheet with custom formatting and formulas. This data is saved on the inspection and can be reported on. The custom table field gives you the most versatile and powerful experience on WorkClout.
Checklist
The checklist field allows users the ability to check things off from a list. This makes it easy to ensure that specific actions have been performed or to ensure that criteria are met during an inspection.
Single-Selection
Use the selection field on your form to make it easy for users to view and select an option. We even have pre-built options to make it easier to add to your form. Each selection field can have its own unique color!
Selection Fields with 5 or fewer options will display as large buttons.
Selection Fields with 5 or more options will display as a dropdown selector.
Multi-Selection
The multi-selection field allows users the ability to select more than one option from a dropdown menu. Each selection can have its own unique color!
User Selection
The user selection field allows users to select another user from a dropdown. You can even limit the user options to one or more specific teams. Teams can be created and managed from your employee directory!
Multi-User Selection
This field allows you to select one or more users from a dropdown. You can even limit the user options to one or more specific teams. Teams can be created and managed from your employee directory!
Date Selection
The date selection field gives you the ability to select a date from a dropdown calendar widget. This data is saved on the inspection and can be reported on.
Image & Video Upload
The image & video upload field allows the user to take images or videos and attach them to the inspection. This media can be reviewed on the inspection and is a great way to provide additional context.
Single-Line Text
This field allows the user to enter free text into a single line. This data is saved on the inspection and is a great way for users to provide a short description.
In addition, you can create a custom format on the single-line text field using the symbols below to indicate the character and length
use ( # ) to indicate a number
use ( A ) to indicate a capital letter
use ( a ) to indicate a lower case letter
use ( - ) to indicate a required dash
use ( . ) to indicate a required period
When a format is defined. The user's input must match the input in order to complete the inspection.
*Users have the ability to scan barcodes into this field using a compatible scanner device or the built-in device camera on your phone or tablet.
Multi-Line Text
The multi-line text field gives users the ability to enter free text into a large text box. This data is saved on the inspection is a great option for users when a lengthy description or note is required for the inspection.

Number Field
Users are able to enter a number or decimal into the number field. This field is only limited to numbers.
Header
Headers are a great way to divide the form into sections and allow you to also add a title to provide context.
Sub-Header
Sub-headers are a great way to provide additional context right underneath sections. Meant for short descriptions.
Informational Paragraph
If you're looking to provide descriptive instructions on how to perform the inspection, using the info paragraph field is a great way to do so without using a lot of real estate.
Informational Photo & Video
Upload an informational video or photo to provide the most context for instructions or things to look for when performing an inspection. Users will have the option of clicking on the image or video to display it in full screen on their device.
*Note: Images and videos will be uploaded and displayed to their highest resolution that can be displayed within the device width and height. Format the file accordingly before uploading it onto WorkClout.
Form Divider
This field is exactly what you'd expect it to be. Use a divider to create divisions within your inspection form templates.
Form Sections
Add sections to your forms to organize and package fields and make it easier to read the information when performing inspections. Sections can also be used to duplicate a large number of fields that you are likely to use more than once for an inspection.
