Learn how to use WorkClout to group train your employees.

In this article, we'll be going over how to use WorkClout to group train your employees.

There are three modes you can train your employees:

Group Training & Individual Training & On-The-Job Knowledge Base

I. Group Training
Group training allows you to train a group of operators at once.

II. Individual Training
Individual training is a self-guided training path for an operator.

III. On-the-Job Knowledge Base

Operators can access information as a reference if they need a reminder on how to do a procedure or process.

I. Group Training

With Group Training mode, you'll need your group of operators and at least one teacher/supervisor for assessment purposes.

Step 1. Pull up the training content you need your operators to reference from the Assets or Documents tab on the side navigation. You can pull this information up via Barcode or Browsing through the app.

Step 2: Present the Training Material on a TV, Computer, or Ipad

Next, go through the training material with everyone - play the videos and go through the information. If it's step by step, go through each slide by clicking the circle buttons with the numbers.

Step 3:  Supervisor or Teacher Starts On-Demand Task Associated to Course

At this point, the supervisor should open the WorkClout app or computer to access the on-demand task created associated with this course. See below:

1. Select and Start the On-demand task:

2. Depending on your custom form, a supervisor/teacher will fill out the task.

3. Select the users who are going through the training in your task:
*One thing to note: You must add Multi-user select when creating your form template for this on-demand task. Reference this Article

Step 4: Supervisor/Teacher confirms skill for operators that went through training.

After the assessment is completed, a supervisor or teacher has the option to give the operators the skill associated with the training material.

You can also see a report of what training each individual has completed:
