Our Analytics Dashboard brings a whole new form of visibility into your daily operations. Each chart on the Analytics dashboard includes custom filters that give you a new way to follow your activity over time.

Each chart we're introducing helps answer a number of important questions as your operation team continues to use WorkClout. Let's ask these questions and see how the new Analytics Dashboard can help give you answers.

Note: All reports default to the past 7 days, but can be filtered according to your preference.

Inspection Reports

How many inspections were started?

This report shows many inspections have been opened in the past 7 days.

How many inspections were completed?

This report shows many inspections have been closed in the past 7 days.

How many actions were created from inspections?

This report shows how many action items have been assigned from inspections in the past 7 days.

How many failed responses were recorded?

This report shows how many failed responses were recorded on completed inspections in the past 7 days.


Issue Reports

How many issues were logged?

This report shows how many issues were logged in the past 7 days.

How many issues were resolved?

This report shows how many issues have been resolved in the past 7 days.

Where are your issues?

This report shows a pie chart of where most of your issues are coming from by assets.

What are the most common issues?

This report shows the most common tags reported for each issue. By default Safety, Quality, Injury, and Need More Information tags are included for every account. You can create custom ones as well!


Action Reports

How many actions were created?

This report shows the number of new actions assigned for each account.

How many actions were completed?

This report shows the number of assigned actions that were completed for each account.
